What is sedation accreditation?

Accreditation is the demonstration that an office, hospital, surgery center, or clinic provides clinical care in a manner that meets standards of the accrediting organization. National accrediting bodies involved in providing accreditation for conscious sedation include the Joint Commission (JC or JCAHO), the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care(AAAHC) and the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities (AAAASF)

What is ACLS certification?

ACLS- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification is provided by the American Heart Association to providers who have successfully completed a training course in advanced cardiopulmonary resusitation. The AHA has provided such certification programs for many years, and ACLS Certification has achieved national acceptance as a demonstration of education and training in cardiac resuscitation.

American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers Course Completion Card is valid for two years. Students engage in simulated clinical scenarios and learning stations. Students work with an AHA ACLS Instructor to complete ACLS skills practice and skill testing. Students also complete a written exam.

We provide ACLS and Airway Management Training Courses nationally at live seminars and onsite facility consults for the entire staff.
